ZTE is now in the Philippines and launched a whole bunch of new products, including the much-awaited RedMagic 8 Pro.
The new RedMagic 8 Pro that we’re getting here is the Global version, which comes in two variants. There’s the Matte model with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage while the Void has a 16GB512GB configuration and a transparent back panel so you can showcase the RGB fan.
Both models are powered by one of the bests, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, which is cooled by the ICE 11 cooling system with the said fan that spins at 20,000 RPM
On the front, we have a packed display. It’s a 6.8-inch AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and 960Hz touch sampling for better sensitivity.
A 16-megapixel selfie camera sits on the top of the display, while on the back, there’s a 50-megapixel GN5 main camera and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide.
Being a gaming smartphone, it has touch-sensitive shoulder triggers, WiFi 7 for lag-free playing, and a large 6,000mAh battery with 65W fast charging.
The RedMagic 8 Pro has a price of Php42,999 in the Philippines for the 12GB/256GB/Matte version while the 16GB/512GB/Void is at Php53,999. The availability details are yet to be announced, so stay tuned for that.
