The Redmi Note 14 series has been released outside China and first arrived in India. While the Note 14 Pro and 14 Pro+ are exactly the same, the vanilla Redmi Note 14 is slightly different.
For the Redmi Note 14 India model, Xiaomi has added an optical in-display fingerprint scanner and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera on the back.
Everything else seems the same. It still has a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen at 120Hz refresh rate, a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultra processor, and a 5,110mAh battery with 45W fast charging. It still runs on Android 14-based HyperOS but Xiaomi promised two OS upgrades and four years of security patches.
A 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 joined the ultra-wide on the back, as well as a 2-megapixel macro. There’s a 20-megapixel sensor on the front for selfies.
The Redmi Note 14 is available in India with a price of INR18,999 (~Php13,000) for the 6GB/128GB, INR19,999 (~Php13,700) for the 8GB/128GB, and INR21,999 (~Php15,100) for the 8GB/256GB. The whole series should arrive in more markets, including the Philippines, early next year.
