The Samsung Galaxy A08 has been launched in the Philippines with a substantial price increase.
Despite the price hike, there’s barely anything new with the Samsung Galaxy A08. Like the Galaxy A07, it still has a MediaTek Helio G99 processor, with 4GB of RAM, and an option between 64GB and 128GB of internal storage.
It also has a similar 6.7-inch HD+ LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate, an 8-megapixel selfie camera, and a 50-megapixel main shooter on the back.
On the upside, it has a bigger 6,000mAh battery — 1,000mAh more than before, but still with 25W charging. It also ships with the newer Android 17 software, and will still receive 6 major OS upgrades.
The Samsung Galaxy A08 4GB/64GB has an SRP of Php11,190, while the 4GB/128GB is at Php13,090. Until November 30, you can get them with a Php1,200 discount when you pay in cash at authorized stores nationwide.
