Samsung has a new addition to their budget-friendly Galaxy J line. Meet the Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo.
Aimed at emerging markets, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo debuted in India — one of the major smartphone markets in the world. It packs a slew of midrange features, plus a few extra, to deliver good value for its price tag.
This device packs a 13-megapixel and 5-megapixel dual cameras at the back — a standard feature that we see in most devices today. However, Samsung is still using the old 16:9 aspect ratio standard for its 5.5-inch Super AMOLED screen, which only has an HD resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.

This means that the Galaxy J7 Duo was able to keep its home button/fingerprint scanner on the chin of the device, sandwiched by two capacitive physical buttons on each side.
Moreover, Samsung used their own Exynos 7 series chipset with an octa-core processor, 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. It runs on Android Oreo and comes with a decent 3,000mAh battery.
