Samsung subtly launched a new member of its Galaxy M series, the Samsung Galaxy M13.

The new Samsung Galaxy M13, as the name suggests, sits in the budget category — more than how Galaxy M devices already are. That said, this one is powered by an Exynos 850, a chipset with eight cores, clocked at 2GHz, and has a Mali-G52 GPU.

For RAM, buyers have no choice but to go with 4GB, but they can pick between 64GB and 128GB of expandable storage.

Samsung recognizes that it’s not the most powerful chipset around, hence they used an efficient Samsung One UI Core 4.1 interface that sits on top of the Android 12 operating system.

The design on the back looks similar to the Galaxy M23 5G. The vertical camera island holds the sharp 50-megapixel main snapper and 2-megapixel depth sensor. It managed to have an ultra-wide lens, albeit with only a 5-megapixel sensor.

We then have the 8-megapixel selfie camera on top of the 6.6-inch FHD+ display, while providing power is the 5,000mAh battery.

The official availability and the price of the Samsung Galaxy M13 are yet to be announced, so be on the lookout for that.
