Samsung’s newest midrange device, the Galaxy M21 is now official. The device sports significant upgrades from its predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy M20.
Under the hood, the Samsung Galaxy M21 comes powered by an Exynos 9611 SoC, coupled with Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. It is available in 4GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB variants, both expandable up to 512GB via micro-USB card. Moreover, the phone runs Android 10 out of the box and features a 6.4-inch full-HD with Infinity-U Super AMOLED display.
Optics-wise, it features a triple camera setup with 48-megapixel as a primary shooter, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. Meanwhile, its front camera is a 20-megapixel sensor with Artificial Intelligence and preloaded Face Unlock Feature. Besides, a notch at the center of the handset houses the selfie camera.

The Samsung Galaxy M21 also features a 3.5mm headphone jack, USB Type-C, WiFi, Bluetooth, and 4G VoLTE. It also has a fingerprint scanner at the back. In terms of camera, the Galaxy M21 comes packed with a large 6,000mAh battery coupled with a 15W fast charger.
As a budget smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy M21 4GB+64GB variant is at Rs. 12,999 (~Php9,000), while the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage option is yet to receive a price tag. Both variants are available in Midnight Blue and Raven Black colors.
Currently, Samsung has not given a word regarding the availability and pricing of the Galaxy M21 in the Philippines. Stay tuned for more updates.
