Samsung has introduced its flagship tablet line for 2022, the Galaxy Tab S8 series.
Like the new Galaxy S22 series, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 series now also comes with an Ultra model that’s bigger in size and has a couple of extra features to make it worthwhile.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra will take on the iPad Pro with its laptop-like 14.6-inch Super AMOLED panel — making it the biggest in the series.
It also has the biggest battery at 11,200mAh and gets to have a front-facing 12-megapixel standard camera apart from the ultra-wide that everyone gets. Oh, and also, this one has a notch for some reason, which Samsung tried to hide on its product shots by using dark wallpapers.
Other than that, all models are essentially the same, apart from the vanilla model only getting a TFT screen instead of AMOLED and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner instead of a UD one.
Across the board, we’re seeing charging support of up to 45W, an in-display fingerprint scanner, quad speakers, and support for S Pen and book keyboard cover. More importantly, all three devices will be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. You can check the rest below.
