The iPad Pro 2021 models are getting a significant performance upgrade thanks to the M1 Silicon chip.
With the new iPad Pro 2021 M1 models, we now have a powerful processor similar to the latest MacBooks and the new iMac. It’s an 8-core CPU that can offer 50% faster CPU and 40% GPU performance. Since Apple makes it, it’s highly optimized to work with iPadOS, too.

For the first time, Apple officially states the RAM capacity on the specs list: The 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB models will have 8GB, while the top-tier 1TB and 2TB variants double that at 16GB. Clearly, the iPad is now more than just a casual tablet.
The M1 also brings the latest network technologies to the iPad: WiFi 6 and 5G connectivity. Matching the powerful processor is a more robust Thunderbolt port so that you can plug the iPad Pro into the Apple Pro Display XDR or other high-resolution screens (up to 6K).

Another big upgrade is the new Liquid Retina XDR screens that can offer a whopping 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio for editing HDR photos and watching HDR content. This is exclusive to the bigger 12.9-inch model that uses a mini-LED-backlit panel. The 11-inch model will stick to an LED-backlit screen.
Both models will support the latest Apple Pencil 2 and the Magic Keyboard that now comes in White.

The iPad Pro 2020 M1 is now available on the Apple Philippines website, where you can get it with free engraving. You can check its prices and specs below.
