TCL has unveiled its latest NxtPaper AMOLED display in two new devices. One of them is the TCL P80 Pro.
The TCL P80 Pro is almost exactly the same as the P80 Ultra. Only this time, it lacks the 50-megapixel periscope lens. Still, it has the same 50-megapixel main camera with optical image stabilization and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide.
Both phones have the same 6.83-inch NxtPaper AMOLED technology. This special screen has a true, paper-like display that uses circular polarization so you can use it with polarized glasses with no issues.
It also has a homogenizing film for true whites, instead of using red, green, and blue sub-pixels. The dedicated NxtPaper Key is also here, allowing users to quickly enable the e-reader mode.
The device is powered by the same MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Elite processor, with 8GB of RAM, and up to 512GB of storage.
It also gets a 5,800mAh battery with 45W wired charging.
The TCL P80 Pro starts at EUR429 (~Php31,200).
