The highlight feature of the vivo V40 5G, like its predecessors, are related to photography. It has three 50-megapixel cameras: the main one has optical image stabilization, joined by an ultra-wide, and extra-sharp selfie snapper.
It also has ZEISS imaging technology consisting of the ZEISS Style Portrait modes, ZEISS Telephoto Portrait, and ZEISS Multifocal Portrait.
The device also has the same sleek design that series is known for. There’s the curved screen, an extra light build, while maintaining a durable IP68 dust and water resistance. vivo managed to accomplish this while including a large 5,500mAh battery with 80W FlashCharge support.
That said display uses a smooth and vibrant 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel with a high 120Hz refresh rate. We also have the fingerprint scanner within the display.
Powering the device is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor, with generous 12GB of RAM, and an option between 256GB and 512GB of non-expandable storage.
The vivo V40 5G 12GB/256GB has a price of Php26,999 in the Philippines while the 12GB/512GB is at Php29,999. It will be available an kiosks and concept stores nationwide, and online via the official vivo website, Shopee, and Lazada.
