vivo has released a 5G model of the vivo V50 Lite. It sports a modern processor, flagship-grade fast charging, and enormous battery life — all packed in a thin and light body.
The vivo V50 Lite 5G is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 octa-core processor, and you can get it with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 512GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Sadly, there’s no microSD card slot for storage expansion.
Keeping the lights on is a gigantic 6,500mAh battery while retaining a thinness of just 7.79mm. vivo claims it can retain at least 80% of the battery health for 5 years.
This large battery is aptly paired with 90W of fast charging, which can fully charge the large battery in just 53 minutes.
There’s a fancy 6.77-inch OLED screen on the front with an optical in-display fingerprint scanner and a 32-megapixel selfie camera on top. On the back, we have a 50-megapixel IMX882 sensor from Sony, joined by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide and vivo’s Aura Light ring LED flash.
vivo also highlighted its IP65-rated dust and water resistance.
The vivo V50 Lite 5G 12GB/512GB model is now listed in Spain for EUR399 (~Php24,700). No word yet if it’s coming to the Philippines.
