vivo unveiled its latest camera-centric flagship phone, the vivo X200 Ultra.
The vivo X200 Ultra boasts a 50-megapixel LYT-818 1/1.28-inch sensor from Sony with a bright f/1.7 aperture. We also got a sharp 200-megapixel ISOCELL HP9 shooter from Samsung with an 85mm equivalent zoom lens.
We then have a 50-megapixel LYT-818 sensor, also from Sony, for the ultra-wide lens and another 50-megapixel for selfies.
The camera is paired with two dedicated camera chips. There’s the vivo V3+ for traditional image processing, and the all-new vivo VS1 that’s tasked to handle exposure, focus, and image stacking for better image computation.
We’ve seen different brands showcase add-on lenses at MWC 2025 last month, but vivo beat them to the punch. Users can get the optional add-on teleconverter lens that adds an extra 2.35x zoom on top of the telephoto lens for a total of 200mm equivalent.
This add-on is part of the Photography set, which also comes with different lenses, straps, a USB-C grip, and its own 2,300mAh battery.
As for the rest of the specs, the X200 Ultra is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, with 12GB/16GB LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and up to 1TB of fast UFS 4.1 storage.
We also have a premium 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED screen with a sharp QHD+ resolution, 4500-nit of peak brightness, 120Hz refresh rate, and a beefy 6,000mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.
The vivo X200 Ultra will first be available in China. The 12GB/256 retails for CNY6,499 (~Php50,400), 16GB/512GB for CNY6,999 (~Php54,300), 16GB/1TB for CNY7,999 (~Php62,100), and 16GB/1TB with Photography Set for CNY9,699 (~Php75,300).
