The vivo Y11 has been around since 2014. Now, the line has come a long way as the new vivo Y11 2023 offers a much better and more modern set of specs — but still in the entry-level category by today’s standards.
That said, the new vivo Y11 2023 is powered by the aging MediaTek Helio P35 chipset with a surprisingly generous 6GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, and a microSD card slot that can accommodate up to 1TB of external storage.
On the front, we now have a bigger 6.51-inch display with only an HD+ pixel resolution and a standard 60Hz refresh rate. There’s a notch on top for the 5-megapixel selfie camera and a single lens on the back for the single 8-megapixel sensor.

It then ships with a 5,000mAh battery with only a 10W charger and a microUSB port. Since it’s first coming out in China, it will come with an OriginOS Ocean UI that’s based on Android 12. Sadly, it lacks a fingerprint scanner.
The new vivo Y11 2023 is available in 4GB/128GB and 6GB/128GB versions for the price of CNY899 (~Php7,100) and CNY999 (~Php7,900), respectively. No word yet if it’s also coming to the Philippines.
