Vivo has introduced a new 4G-only smartphone with eye-catching looks. Launched in Indonesia, check out the new Y35 4G.
The Vivo Y35 4G comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 octa-core processor. It is one of the newer chips made to be still relatively inexpensive to power non-5G, inexpensive smartphones. It is paired with a generous 8GB of RAM and 256GB of expandable storage.

On the front, we have the usual 6.58-inch IPS screen, complete with a sharp FHD+ pixel resolution and a smooth 90Hz refresh rate.
A traditional waterdrop notch is on top to hold the 8-megapixel selfie camera. While on the back, we have two large lenses for the 50-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel macro lens. The entire layout on the back looks similar to Vivo’s higher-end devices.

The device then has a speedy 44W fast charging support for its 5,000mAh battery. Vivo claims that it can go from 0% to 70% in just 34 minutes. A full charge may take less than an hour.
For the software, it runs on the latest Android 12 operating system with Vivo’s Funtouch OS 12 on top. It also has a splashproof build to keep it safe from accidental or light water exposure.

The Vivo Y35 4G is listed in Indonesia for a price of IDR3,399,000 (around Php12,900). No word yet if it’s coming to other markets.
