vivo has introduced a new entry-level phone in Indonesia. Unlike their previous releases, this one’s pretty interesting as it comes in two models: one with 4G LTE while the other has 5G.
The vivo Y36 4G is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 octa-core processor, while the vivo Y36 5G comes with a MediaTek Dimensity chipset. You can tell them apart by the color options. The 4G model comes in Glitter Aqua and Meteor Black while the 5G comes in Crystal Green and Mystic Black.

Other than the chipsets, the duo is essentially the same. They both have 6.44-inch LCD displays with an FHD+ pixel resolution. The punch-hole on top is for the 16-megapixel selfie camera.
We have two large lenses on the back that holds the 50-megapixel main shooter and 2-megapixel depth sensor.

Keeping the lights on is the usual 5,000mAh battery, which is paired with a 44W charger.
It then ships with the Android 13-based Funtouch OS 13 user interface.

The vivo Y36 4G retails for IDR3,399,000 (~Php12,600) in Indonesia while the SRP for the 5G version is yet to be announced. No word yet if it’s coming to markets like the Philippines or not.
