Xiaomi has officially unveiled its latest sub-flagship phone, the Xiaomi 17T Pro.
The bigger (literally) brother of the Xiaomi 17T, the Xiaomi 17T Pro boasts a 6.83-inch OLED display with 12-bit colors, a high 144Hz refresh rate, and a 1-nit ultra-dim mode for those late-night doom scrolling. The vanilla 17T has a more compact 6.59-inch screen.
But the main highlight here is the cameras. It boasts a 50-megapixel 1/1.31″ OmniVision Light Fusion 950 sensor. It’s paired with an interesting 50-megapixel telephoto lens that offers 5x optical zoom.
There’s a 32-megapixel selfie camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide, and of course, a flagship-grade Leica lens with tons of Leica software features and color science.
Under the hood, we have a 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, which Xiaomi claims provide 32% faster single-core CPU and 33% better GPU performance than the 15T Pro. It is paired with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
Xiaomi’s latest high-end phone has an enormous 7,000mAh silicon-carbon battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging support.
