New Wi-Fi 7 capable devices are making their way to the Philippines, as TP-Link has announced several new home routers and other home networking equipment.

Among the new arrivals include the Archer BE230, which TP-Link touts as the first dual-band Wi-Fi 7 router in the Philippines. Equipped with features like multi-link operation and maximum resource utilization, this router promises speeds that are more than sufficient for 4K/8K streaming, AR/VR gaming, large file transfers, and ultra-fast downloads. With support for major VPN providers, it’s also a great solution for anyone who highly value their security and privacy.

PLDT Home Fiber subscribers will be among the first to take advantage of the Archer BE230 as TP-Link Philippines has partnered with the local telco giant to offer Wi-Fi 7 connectivity at a special retail price.

Meanwhile, the TP-Link has also unveiled new smart devices under its Tapo brand. These include the wireless security camera C425, the D230S1 smart battery video doorbell, and the C720 smart floodlight camera. These smart home products will become available by May 2024.

The TP-Link Archer BE230 router is available for purchase via the company’s concept store, select retail partners, and their official Shopee store.
