One of Huawei’s most imaginative true wireless earphones, the FreeBuds 5, have made its way to the Philippines.

The Huawei FreeBuds 5 come with a pretty striking and shiny design with a bizarre shape that’s said to fit well in your ear so it doesn’t fall out. It even comes with an equally curvy egg-shaped case.

For audio, the new generation is 30% more sensitive in low frequencies than its predecessor and can produce even better bass. It also features Ultra Wide Frequency Adaptive EQ for better tuning based on your ear shape and fit.

The FreeBuds 5 is also Hi-Res Audio Wireless certified, has LDAC high-res codec support, and HWA wireless certificate. Plus, Open-fit ANC 3.0 that utilizes the three microphones to help analyze and eliminate ambient noise.

For calls, the buds use the same microphones, and a special deep neural network (DNN) to enhance your voice while reducing background noise.

For battery, each bud can last for up to 5 hours of continuous listening, up to 30 hours with the case, while a quick 5-minute charge on the case can already last you for 2 hours.

Each buds are also touch-sensitive so you can tap or swipe it for controls. They are also IP54 dust and splash resistant.

The Huawei FreeBuds 5 is now available in the Philippines for a price of php7,499.
