Sonos makes headphones now. Meet the Sonos Ace.

The new Sonos Ace is made out of materials like vegan leather and memory foam which makes it light and comfortable. It also has a fold-flat design so you can store it easily on the travel case, which is 75% made of recycled plastic bottles.

To provide audio, the Ace uses special 40mm dynamic drivers. There are also eight microphones all around that enable the Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and a transparency mode called Aware.

For connectivity, it comes with the latest Bluetooth 5.4 with aptX codec that enables high-quality music playback. For audiophiles out there, you’d be glad to know that the Ace has a 3.5mm-to-USB-C cable in the box for lossless audio listening.

Sonos has included Dolby Atmos for an immersive experience. Plus, Sony 360 Reality spatial audio, which works on different platforms. One of its key features is the Dolby Head Tracking for some true, dynamic surround sound and seamless audio switching between the Ace and Sonos Arc soundbar.

For the battery, Sonos claims that the battery can last for up to 30 hours on a single charge, while the fast charging support can provide 3 hours of music in just 3 minutes of being plugged in.

The Sonos Ace is now available for pre-order on its official website for a price of USD449 (~Php26,100) and will be available on June 5. There are two color options: White and Black.
