CHERRY Cares by MSN Foundation Inc. has renewed its partnership with Pelli-San Corporation for the “Be Cool in School” program, which supports underprivileged students across various regions in the Philippines.
Spearheaded by Michelle Ngu-Cinco, the treasurer of the board of trustees at MSNFI, the program aims to promote quality education by supplying necessary equipment and learning materials to public schools and non-profit institutions, primarily in remote or resource-limited areas.
Venus Tan-Nug, president of MSNFI, praised the renewed partnership and the strengthened relationship between her foundation and Pelli-San Corporation, calling it a privilege to provide support to the academe and advocate for the basic right of children to education. This year, the annual program is reaching out to schools in Albay, Bacolod, Iloilo, Ilocos, Manila, Ormoc, and Sorsogon.
With the renewed partnership, the project aims to benefit10,000 beneficiaries who will CHERRY Cares’ Bags of Hope. These donations will include 10,000 pieces of UNI 3-in-1 Eco Pens, a product distributed by Pelli-San Corporation.
