The PC game console competition heats up with the release of the new Ayaneo Slide.
There are a couple interesting things that the Ayaneo Slide has. For one, it has a PSP Go-like form factor thanks to the screen that slides up to reveal the RGB keyboard. You can also adjust the tilt by up to 30-degrees for better viewing angles.
Ayaneo is also highlighting its ergonomic design (thanks to its thick structure), responsive shoulder and trigger buttons, and hall-sensing joysticks with RGB lighting effects.
It boasts a full keyboard complete with function keys, has sensitivity adjustment for the triggers and joysticks, motor vibration intensity adjustment, rapid fire for the buttons, ABXY key mapping, and gyroscope aiming assist.
Like most PC handhelds, this one is powered by AMD Phoenix processors. In particular, it comes with an AMD Ryzen 7 7840U chip, with LPDDR5X dual-channel memory at 7500MHz, and a fast M.2 PCIe 4.0 SSD storage.
It’s cooled by a 3″2 triple copper tube cooling system with 20304mm² cooling fins with 28W sustained performance. The battery has a 46.2Wh capacity to provide hours of gameplay.
We then have a large 6-inch FHD display with a 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution with the refresth rate not mentioned, so it’s safe to assume it has the standard 60Hz.
