EA Sports has released a free DLC just in time for the actual World Cup and yes, you’ve read that correctly — it’s FREE.
Players would be able to take control of the 32 qualified nations and guide them through the fixtures and hopefully win the Cup at the end. The in-game fixtures follow the structure of the actual tournament this June 2018.
Along with that, FIFA has also added the 12 official Russian stadiums that will be used to hold the different matches and the World Cup match balls and banners.
A special version of the existing Ultimate Team Draft mode has also been added where in this version, players can build their own World Cup dream team featuring different players from different nations.
If you’re excited and can’t wait for the World Cup, this would be a nice alternative as you wait for the actual thing.
