International player Gerald “Dlar” Trinchera has officially left EVOS Legends, leaving behind a former team from Indonesia and making him a free agent, MPL Indonesia announced.

Announced in Bahasa Indonesia, the country’s official language, the league claims that Dlar is now relieved of his “status as the EXP Laner of EVOS Legends” while wishing him the best with his departure.

In response, the Filipino esports player made multiple social media posts thanking the support of Indonesian fans while announcing his return to his homeland.

As seen via Instagram Story, Trinchera spoke in Bahasa Indonesia addressing the demographic, following the departure.

In a separate post on X (formerly Twitter), Dlar announced that he is currently looking for a new team.

Not rushing to jump to a group he would call his newest teammates, he said that he is looking for a team this season, if not maybe next season. Simultaneously, he expressed his overflowing enthusiasm to remain in the game, citing his super competitiveness and willingness to prove his prowess in-game.

Dlar almost immediately made a name for himself upon his entry as a professional player to the Indonesian team, with him officially being listed as a valuable member of EVOS Legends in MPL Season 11.

While being listed as a talent in MPL Season 11, he managed to play for the EVOS Legends during the MSC 2023, which was held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. There he faced his former group mate Kairi “Kairi” Rayosdelsol of Onic Esports, which became the subsequent champion of the event.
