Razer-2-Year-Warranty-Philippines-NoypiGeeks

Ever raged so hard while playing a video game that you accidentally slammed your mice or keyboard causing it to break or even used your peripherals normally and it suddenly stopped working? We all know how much these high quality gaming peripherals cost and when it gets damaged, it becomes a real pain.

Luckily, Razer has recently announced that they’ve updated warranty policy to now cover 2 years. This 2-year warranty coverage applies globally.

The warranty update was announced through a post from Razer CEO Min Liang Tan. The new update covers all Razer peripherals bought from October 1, 2018. This includes your typical gaming mice, keyboards and headsets.

When claiming for a warranty request, you’ll have to provide a proof of purchase that states you’ve bought the item on or after October 1, 2018. Don’t worry about the 1-year warranty sticker on the product. For as long as you have a valid proof of purchase you’ll be able to get a claim.

With Razer’s generally high quality products, it’s more than likely that you won’t be able to use the warranty immediately within the 1st year. That’s why this is a very welcome move for all Razer fans as they’ll at least have a peace of mind for 2 years should their peripherals break unexpectedly.
