Bandai Namco has revealed that the beloved Forger family is finally ready to make their video game debut with SPYxANYA: Operation Memories.
Inspired by the popular anime and manga, SPYxANYA: Operation Memories will let gamers control the mischievous yet adorable Anya Forger. If you’re not familiar, she has telepathic capabilities and was adopted by Loid Forger.
In SPYxANYA: Operation Memories, players will embark on an enchanting journey as they take control of Anya and her mission to complete a photo diary assignment for Eden College. Throughout the game, players will accompany Anya on outings to various locations, including beaches, aquariums, parks, and museums.
As players explore the vibrant world of the game, they must keep a keen eye out for anything that catches Anya’s attention. By snapping pictures of moments with friends, family, and other intriguing scenarios, players will be able to save them as Anya’s cherished memories. These will also be used to complete her diary.
In addition to the main storyline, there will also be 15 mini-games available. These will be based on popular scenes from the anime, from the training with Yor, up to peanut-themed bowling. Earning points will let players unlock costumes as well as outing items.
Unlockable costumes and other customization options allow players to create a unique and memorable style. Players will also be able to use the in-game photo mode to capture the photos of the Forger family.
Set to release in 2024, SPYxANYA: Operation Memories is being developed for Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, and PC.
