The Land Transportation Office National Capital Region (LTO-NCR) has released a new online portal that will allow drivers to request and check the availability of driver’s license plastic cards.

Sadly, this new convenient solution is exclusively available to those who applied for or renewed their driver’s licenses at the LTO-NCR offices.

The system will allow users to claim and request their license cards “only at the specific LTO office where the transaction took place,” to improve the efficiency of distributing license cards.

With that, let’s show you how you can use the new system from the LTO-NCR.

These steps are for requesting to print back-log driver’s license cards that were transacted under LTO-NCR offices.

  1. Go to LTO-NCR’s website.
  2. Fill up the fields that ask for your LTO Client ID, the LTO field office and office code number of the transaction, your driver’s license number, classification, and personal information such as name, sex, birth date, email, and contact number.

The website notes that it is best to provide a Viber contact number, if you have one, for faster communication.
