If you’re a Smart Postpaid, Smart Bro Postpaid, or Sun Broadband Postpaid user and you want to have your SIM replaced, simply head to your nearest Smart Store and make sure you bring one (1) valid ID as proof of identification.
The said ID should display your name, ID number, picture, signature, and issuing entity. You simply have to go through the verification process and they would issue you a new SIM card with the same number.
How to get Smart Prepaid, Smart Bro, TNT SIM Replacement
Head on to your nearest Smart Store and bring the requirements, which vary depending if you’re changing a defective SIM, upgrading to 4G LTE/5G, or want a replacement for a lost/stolen SIM with the same mobile number. You can see the requirements below.
