Last Sept 2021 pa kmi nagpagawa ng asawa q national I. D, till now June na eh wala pa.. Saka 29digit no. Lang ang tracking no. Q.. Kaya siguro di q ma track. .. Pano po yan?? 29digit lang.

I misplaced my National ID transaction slip. Can I still receive it when it will bes delivered?
It’s almost a year now since i applied for a national id and until now i haven’t received it yet. I tried the website provided by PSA, but it only says, not found. There was also an instruction that says, enter your 30 digits tracking no. but when i counted the digits in the slip provided to me during the application, only 29 digits where printed in my slip. Maybe that is why i cannot verify my ID status. Now, even some of my kids who also applied, received only 29 digits in the slip provided to them. Pls. help us on this issue. Thanks
