Smart has introduced two new subscription options for its wireless home internet service, Smart Home WiFi 5G. The new plans aim to provide households and small businesses with a flexible, high-speed alternative to wired internet using 5G technology.
The more affordable option is priced at Php999 per month. It provides a 200GB monthly data allowance and includes a data rollover feature. Subscribers who use their full data allocation early will also receive a 2GB daily data top-up for the rest of their billing cycle. The 5G modem is available for a one-time payment of Php995. For heavier data needs, the Php1,499 plan offers unlimited 5G data and includes the modem at no extra cost.

Both subscriptions support internet speeds reaching up to 600Mbps and can connect up to 40 different devices at once. While the service requires a two-year agreement, new customers are protected by a 30-day trial period. Those who are not satisfied with their connection can return the device within this window without penalty and receive a full refund on their modem.
Subscribers also gain access to the GigaPoints rewards program. Members who consistently pay their bills on time earn 5% of their bill value back in points each month. These points can then be exchanged for a selection of rewards and special offers.
