With more laptop brands improving the repairability of their products, Acer is joining in with the new Vero 16.
The Acer Vero 16 is made of recycled aluminum and has a repair-friendly design. There’s a tool-free access latch, a replaceable SSD, a replaceable battery, and even a replaceable hinge design. It has been MIL-STD-810H certified for its durability.
It has a large 16-inch OLED display that you can get with up to a WQXGA+ resolution, up to a 120Hz refresh rate, and a touch panel. A 71Wh battery keeps the lights on.
You can get it with up to an Intel Core Ultra X9 388H processor, with up to an Intel B390 GPU, up to 32GB LPDDR5X RAM, and up to a 512GB SSD.
The Acer Vero 16 will be available in EMEA in early 2027.
