A week before Mobile World Congress, Lenovo has officially unveiled two new Chromebooks. Both the IdeaPad 5i and IdeaPad Flex 5i are equipped with the new 11th-generation Intel Tiger Lake processors.
The Lenovo IdeaPad 5i features a 14-inch Full HD display with an optional touchscreen. It has several chipset configurations, specifically: Intel Pentium 7505, Intel Core i3-1115G4, and Intel-1135G7. There’s also an option between 4GB and 8GB RAM, plus up to 512GB SSD storage.

Connectivity-wise, the Lenovo IdeaPad 5i has a microSD card slot, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, microphone and headphone jack, plus one USB 3.1 Type-A and two 3.1 USB Type-C ports.
Lenovo IdeaPad 5i is available in two colors: Storm and Sand Grey. It also has a special light bar below the trackpad, which will indicate the battery level of the Chromebook.

For those who are into 2-in-1 devices, the company has the Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5i. It features a 13.3-inch touch display with an optional OLED panel. Similar chipset configuration is available in addition to the Celeron 6305 model. Users can choose between 4GB and 8GB RAM options, while storage is limited to 32GB/64GB eMMC and 128GB/256GB/512GB SSD.
The IdeaPad Flex 5i also has identical connectivity options as the regular IdeaPad 5i. As for colors, it will be available in Iron Grey and Abyss Blue.
Both the Lenovo IdeaPad 5i and IdeaPad Flex 5i’s price starts at $439.99 (~Php21,400).
