Lenovo has introduced a monstrosity of a laptop. The new Lenovo Legion 9i comes with an enormous display, top-notch CPU and GPU, and the title of being the first laptop to have liquid cooling.
The Lenovo Legion 9i is equipped with a Cooler Master Coldfront cooling system that uses three intake fans behind 6,333 intake vents. It kicks in when the temperatures reach 84 degrees to help cool the GPU and VRAM. This ensures prolonged, sustained performance while unlocking 10W additional power for the GPU.

On the outside, the Legion 9i uses a forged carbon material for a unique and aggressive look. It also has RGB strips around the keyboard and on the back, as well as the Legion logo on the lid, and on the TrueStrike keyboard that has a 1.5mm key travel. It’s handled by the special Legion software and a dedicated LA-2 AI chip.
The said chip also manages the interaction between the CPU and GPU for better efficiency.

Now, onto the real exciting stuff. The Legion 9i is powered by a 13th-gen Intel Core i9-13980HX CPU, with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 GPU, and overclocked 32GB/64GB of DDR5 RAM at 6400MHz. You can pair it with two 2TB SSD storage.
All its power is displayed on an massive 16-inch screen with a 3200 x 2000 pixel resolution with a high 165Hz refresh rate. It uses a mini-LED panel that can do up to 1200 nits of brightness. It also has 100% Adobe RGB and DCI-P3 color coverage for content creators out there.

It then has a large 99.99Wh battery, which is the maximum capacity allowed on airplanes in the United States. It will ship with a 330W proprietary adapter if you want to game heavily and also a 140W USB-C adapter if you’re traveling.
Lenovo also threw in a MediaTek Filogic 380 card for WiFi 7 connectivity. There’s also the latest Bluetooth 5.3, and has a 1080p webcam with Tobii Horizon head-tracking system. Ports selection includes a USB-A for charging, Thunderbolt, HDMI 2.1, and ethernet.

The Lenovo Legion 9i has a starting price of USD4,399 (~Php249,800). It will be available in select markets this October 2023.
