TECNO has fully unveiled the MEGABOOK S14, its latest flagship laptop, at MWC 2025 in Barcelona, Spain.
The new TECNO MEGABOOK S14 is an ultra-portable machine that weighs only 899g and is 14.2mm thin. You can get it with either a Qualcomm ARM chip or an Intel x86 machine.
If you wanna go ARM, you can get the model with a Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite processor that has a custom 12-core CPU clocked at up to 4.0GHz, an Adreno GPU that offers 3.8 TFLOPS of performance, and a Hexagon NPU with 45TOPS of power for AI tasks.
As for x86 fans, the MEGABOOK S14 is also available in 2nd-gen Intel Core Ultra 5 and 7 series chips. To maximize these processors, TECNO developed its own AI models to run on-device, not in the cloud. Plus, TECNO’s Ella AI assistant has been improved for better image search, transcribing recorded meetings, and more.
While it’s been designed for productivity and entertainment, those who plan on serious gaming on this can still do so as TECNO will offer an External Graphics Dock they claim has a “powerful NVIDIA graphics card” inside. No specific GPU model has been confirmed at this time.
As for the rest of the specs, the MEGABOOK S14 has a 14-inch OLED display with a 2.8K resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. Audio comes from two 2W speakers with DTS:X Ultra technology. Keeping the lights on is a 50Wh battery with 65 USB-C charging.
Pricing and availability details for the TECNO MEGABOOK S14 are yet to be announced, so stay tuned for that.
