vivo launched the all-new vivo V30 Series at The Manila Hotel last March 20, 2024. More than the devices themselves, the grand event had one other highlight: the presence of vivo Philippines’ brand ambassador, the phenomenal Anne Curtis.
The prominent celebrity entered the ballroom with her vivo V30 Pro in hand and immortalized the special moment by taking a selfie with the delighted audience.

Anne’s excitement on the new vivo phones exudes as she graced the event. “The vivo V30 Series is truly exemptional,” Anne highlighted, adding that the device’s capabilities are “unmatched”, allowing her “to capture every detail and emotion effortlessly.”
The Filipino-Australian actress, host, and model also took stunning photos with her “most favorite vivo phone to date” before the event to showcase its imaging capabilities.

Other than Anne Curtis’s special presence, the event was also attended by industry experts from vivo HQ, ZEISS, and Manila Bulletin to highlight the new and innovative features of the vivo V30 Series.

ZEISS, a leading name in camera optics, highlighted its collaboration with vivo since 2020, which now led to the introduction of the first vivo V series device in the Philippines that’s been co-engineered by ZEISS.

“[The] Philippines is such a vibrant emerging consumer market, and a market we firmly believe has great potential, especially in portrait photography. The goal of our joint development is nothing less than enabling users to create pro-level portraits,” said Marisa Weis from ZEISS.

Keshav Chugh from vivo Headquarters showcased the ZEISS Triple Main Camera of the vivo V30 Pro and its ZEISS lens simulations, which includes the ZEISS Biotar Style Bokeh that adds a professional look to portrait shots with an extra cinematic feel.
Chug also showcased the all-new Aura Light 3.0, the brand’s self-developed tool for achieving professional-looking, well-lit night portraits.
“You go to nightclubs, restaurants, and bars which have very challenging lights. Any camera will struggle in these challenging scenarios, so we try to solve this problem with the third generation of the Aura Light Portrait,” said Chugh.

Also on the event was Manila Bulletin’s Art Samaniego. MB’s Senior Technology Officer (STO) shared his firsthand experience with the vivo V30 Pro after being impressed not just by its camera prowess, but also its performance and design.
The vivo V30 and V30 Pro is now available in vivo concept stores, and online through vivo’s official website, Lazada, and Shopee. Price starts at Php24,999.
