The LG L Fino is the latest in the Korean phone maker’s current generation entry level L Series. It was supposed to hit the Philippine market with the LG L Bello, unfortunately, that won’t be the case as LG Philippines only plans to release the L Fino into our market. So what are you getting for its Php7,990 SRP?

The LG L Fino sports a 4.5 inch WVGA IPS display, along with a 1.3GHz quad core processor, 1GB RAM and 4GB of internal storage. You’re also getting an 8mp rear camera paired with a VGA front camera, along with a 1,900mAh battery and Android 4.4.2 KitKat out of the box. What’s nice is that many of the software features like Gesture Shot, Touch and Shoot, and Front Camera Light that we first saw on LG’s high end flagship-class offerings have now made it onto the L Fino.

  1. Is it true that you can’t watch or view videos with 1080p with this phone? As well as 4K? I’m buying a phone but I’m confused with LG L Fino and Lumia 630. Any suggestions please.

    1. Good day KingDavid, I just want to tell you that this phone has quite bad specs, Yes it’s a quad core phone but the allocated ram is ultimately low and it can’t handle multitasking, I don’t know why 1 GB of ram in a quad core device still exist these days, I mean, manufacturers should make it 2 gb and just put a 3 cores or even a dual core processor for it to be priced for the masses.

A dual core of processor with a 2 gb of ram gives you a very satisfactory power you want, though quad cores still wins but having a quad core processor with 1 GB of ram in a smartphone is very wrong idea, People are expecting to use their quad core phones mostly with multitasking but still no use because it has an insufficient ram.

Most of non full HD phones are able to play full hd videos if external video player application has been installed, This device has a powerful processor that can be used by the decoder installed together with the external video player to decode/play the full hd video you want (I don’t know with 4K), But still, you are not getting the real resolution because the screen native resolution in this device is just 480×800,

      1. hey, im an l fino user. your saying is not true based on my experience. it runs smooth on multitasking even if it has 1gb of ram. the resolution 480×800 just fits the screen. but the phone is worth buying on its price. best phone for me on price range sir. LG is a good developer so that L Fino :)
