SKK Mobile may not be among the top smartphone brands in the Philippines, but that hasn’t stopped the company from launching great products. One of such releases is the SKK Mobile Lynx, a 5-inch smartphone with an octa-core processor.
With the SKK Mobile Lynx, it’s all about performance meeting affordability. This smartphone comes packing an octa-core MediaTek MT6592 chip, along with 1GB of RAM and Mali 450 graphics. The camera duo is impressive too—13-megapixel sensor at the back and 5-megapixel in front. With an HD display, dual SIM configuration and 8GB of internal storage, the Lynx is a solid smartphone.

Android 4.4.2 KitKat runs natively in the SKK Mobile Lynx. In addition to having a fairly recent Android version, the Lynx offers many software features. One notable example is the hot-knot screen-to-screen sharing. As seen in the video below, you simply tap the screens of devices that support such feature, and files then get transferred immediately.
Back when it first retailed in late February, the SKK Mobile Lynx had a promo price of just Php3,999. After that, the regular price seems to be Php4,300. For an octa-core smartphone, such price is still a bargain.
