Tired of having the same smartphones that you see others have wherever you go? Aside from having good hardware, sometimes we also want our phones to show some individuality and stand out from the crowd, even if it means paying a bit more than the standard flagship phone.

Here we show you 5 of our favorite limited edition phones released in recent years by smartphone giants like Samsung and Huawei, often in collaboration with other big brands. Whether it’s with a blockbuster superhero style or an ultra-fast racing-inspired design, one thing is for sure: these limited edition phones look really darn cool.

OPPO Reno Ace Gundam 40th Anniversary Edition

Paying tribute to one of our childhood’s legendary figures, OPPO released a Gundam Edition of their Reno Ace flagship phone to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the beloved series. This limited edition handset is designed with Amuro Ray’s iconic RX-78-2 Gundam in mind: a sleek, metallic hue with red and blue accents. It also comes with a red protective case designed like RX-78-2’s shield.

Aptly enough, the Gundam design works perfectly with the Reno Ace, which is marketed as a gaming phone. Aside from Reno Ace’s premium specs, it also carries incredible battery life, a 135Hz touch sampling rate, and 4D vibration for a truly immersive gaming experience.

Samsung Galaxy Note10+ Star Wars Special Edition

No matter what you feel about the Rise of Skywalker movie, this Star Wars-Samsung collaboration is a definite blockbuster in our books. The Note10+ looks gorgeous with the black and red design inspired by the dark side, complete with matching Galaxy Buds, premium leather cover, and stylus S pen ala lightsaber style. It also comes with a special Sith-style UI theme installed for that true out-of-this-world experience.

OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren Edition

For all racing enthusiasts out there, you’re sure to appreciate the McLaren Edition of the OnePlus 7T Pro. This phone really captures the essence of the racing legend, imprinted with the trademark wave design of the McLaren Speedtail. The protective case is made with carbon fiber and Italian-made Alcantara material, the same fabric used in McLaren’s luxury sports cars.

This limited edition is not all aesthetics either. True to its name, the racing-inspired McLaren Edition is upgraded with a 12GB RAM boost and UFS 3.0 storage for that lightning-fast performance.
