More details have been released about the Bluboo Xfire 2, a smartphone that was recently claimed to be the “global first 5-inch triple-SIM smartphone.” But Bluboo is not content with just that title alone, because the company now hints that the Xfire 2 could also be the world’s cheapest smartphone with fingerprint sensor support.

I’ve been using a smartphone with a fingerprint sensor for a while now, and I can confidently say that it’s a more convenient feature for unlocking the phone versus the traditional PIN or password.

The other new information we’ve learned about the Bluboo Xfire 2 include the amount of RAM and onboard storage at 1GB and 8GB, respectively. Bluboo has also revealed the cameras: there’s an 8-megapixel shooter at the back and 5-megapixel shooter in front, both of which come with LED flash. The finally revelation is of the battery—2150mAh capacity and non-removable.
