The Huawei Nova 3 is only a couple months old, but apparently, the company has already come up with a follow-up as they’re expected to officially introduce the Nova 4 on December 17.
There’s not a lot of information regarding its specs list. However, the Huawei Nova 4 have been rumored to have an in-display front camera, which is now confirmed by the official teaser that they have posted.
Huawei will attempt to beat Samsung to the race, who is also expected to launch the same design on the upcoming Galaxy A8s.
Samsung is yet to announce the official release date of the said smartphone, which is probably why Huawei will be pulling the trigger early for the Nova 4.
The Huawei Nova 3 had a slew of flagship specs, something that we might also see on its successor. The Huawei Nova 4 might come with a Kirin 980 processor, the same high-end chipset found on the Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro.
A dual-camera setup is also plausible, as it becomes a standard enclusion in most premium smartphones today.
Moreover, a Huawei Nova 4i should also be expected. And just like its predecessor, the Nova 3i, it might arrive with midrange specs. A Kirin 710 processor should power it, in case Huawei doesn’t come up with a more dated option in time.
With still a few weeks before its release, we expect other information about this device to be spilled in the coming days.
