Infinix recently unveiled its first tablet and now, the company’s local arm already confirmed that it will be coming to the Philippines soon.
The Infinix XPAD is going to be an entry-level offering that features a MediaTek Helio G99 octa-core processor. It’s not clear what variant we’ll be getting here, but the official specs list abroad states that it can have either 4GB or 6GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of storage.
Possibly the best feature is the 4G LTE connectivity, allowing students and professionals to stay online even without a WiFi network. It also has Infinix‘s Folax AI Voice Assistant powered by ChatGPT.
On the front, we got a large 11-inch FHD+ IPS display with a high 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate. Audio is provided by the four speakers in a stereo setup.
An 8-megapixel selfie camera is on top of the screen, and a similar 8-megapixel sensor is on the back. The battery has a 7,000mAh capacity with 18W charging.
The Infinix XPAD will be launching in the Philippines this August 26, 2024, and the press release confirmed that it will have a price of under Php9,500, which already makes it an interesting tablet to watch out for.
