Everything is getting more expensive, including iPads.

On its official website in the Philippines, Apple subtly increased the price of the iPad mini 2021, which made its way to the country more than a year ago.

The compact iPad had a starting price of Php29,990 for the 64GB WiFi-only model. Now, it costs Php32,990. That’s a Php3,000 increase, while some variants got a Php5,000 hike. You can check the new prices below:

This price increase might have been done to set the iPad mini apart from the newly-released 10th-Gen iPad. which has the same starting price of Php29,990.

For a quick recap, the iPad mini 2021 features a compact 8.3-inch Liquid Retina display, 6-core A15 bionic chip, 12-megapixel front and rear cameras, TouchID fingerprint scanner, 5G for the cellular version, USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer, and a 20W adapter. It comes in four colors: Space Gray, Pink, Purple, and Starlight.
