OPPO-A83-launch-PH-January-2018

OPPO has officially sent out invitations for the upcoming launch of a new midrange smartphone.

The invite didn’t really go into detail on what will be launched. But based on the image above, it’s clear that OPPO is giving hints for the arrival of the A83.

Announced days before the end of 2017, the OPPO A83 is a device which is quite similar to the OPPO F5 Youth. However, since they both belong to two different families, there are differences. First is on the screen sharpness — the Youth features a Full HD+ resolution while the A83 is slightly lower at 720p.

Another area where the OPPO A83 is different from the F5 Youth is in the camera configuration. Instead of the typical pixel-packed front-facing shooter, the A83 is equipped with a modest 8-megapixel sensor.
