OPPO recently held its annual photography keynote showcasing its stronger partnership with camera-maker Hasselblad.

The duo revealed the next-gen camera technology called the Hasselblad HyperTone camera system, which will first land on the upcoming OPPO Find X7 series, and will later arrive on the OPPO reno series and the OnePlus 12.

This new system will feature a HyperTone Image Engine that will utilize computational photography to handle distortion, will feature AI denoising in RAW, and will provide individual pixel brightness correction with photon matrix technology.

As per OPPO, this new imaging engine can improve clarity by 30% while reducing noise by 60%.

It will also feature image fusion with digital negatives and tone mapping control.

What’s more, the Find X7 series is said to have the industry’s most powerful zoom lens with better low-light performance.
