Chinese smartphone brand OPPO is bringing repairs of its products directly to consumers as it offers a door-to-door service for its consumers within the National Capital Region (NCR).

The offering taps on OPPO’s service centers scattered across the region, namely branches from the following areas: Alabang, Ayala Manila, Marikina, Novaliches, SM Manila, and SM North.

Assistant director for after-sales at OPPO Philippines, Aaron Guevarra, claims that the move comes as part of the company’s “commitment to give OPPO users the best after-sales service.”

Which, seemingly, also comes in response to the ongoing issue at play involving the still-concerning pandemic, thus “bringing safety and convenience” to the consumers’ doorstep.

Anyone in the NCR interested in getting their OPPO smartphone repaired may contact the company via its official Facebook page or Messenger. Upon confirmation, a representative will handle the process for the collection, repair, and return of the fixed device.
