The release of the OPPO Find X8 series marked OPPO’s comeback to the flagship space, and now, they have introduced a special after-sales service to keep their premium customers happy.
Both the OPPO Find X8 and X8 Pro are covered by an international warranty service in 62 different countries and regions. OPPO apparently trained over 12,000 customer service representatives and engineers across the world to provide support, repairs, maintenance, and software updates on their flagship phones.
OPPO is also offering a free screen protection plan to Find X8 series units sold in markets like Malaysia, Vietnam, and Indonesia. That comes with a one-time free screen replacement caused by accidental damage and a 12-month warranty extension.
Select markets can also contact a hotline, where a representative will direct them to offline service centers. They will also be handed a premium loaner phone while their device is being serviced.
