The Realme 7 and 7 Pro’s release date in the Philippines has been announced.
Yup, that’s right, the successor to the Realme 6 and 6 Pro from five months ago is already getting a successor. The Realme 7 and 7 Pro, which was initially introduced in India earlier this month, will be released in the Philippines on September 30 at 12NN via a livestream event.
Both the Realme 7 and 7 Pro comes with a couple of upgrades over their predecessors. For one, the former will now be powered by a MediaTek Helio G95 octa-core processor — an upgrade to the trusty Helio G90T processor.
It also has a bigger 5,000mAh battery, while the smooth 90Hz refresh rate screen was kept.
The Pro model toned down the refresh rate to 60Hz, but Realme did upgrade the screen to a Super AMOLED panel for more vibrant and contrasty colors.
Realme removed the 8-megapixel ultra-wide for a sharper 32-megapixel selfie camera. There’s also a bigger 4,500mAh battery, and its biggest feature, the jump to a flagship-level 65W SuperDart Charging from 30W. You can check their full specs list for more details.
