Is the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 not lavish enough for you? Then you might want to get its new Thom Browne special edition.
According to the company, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 Thom Browne is “an homage to Thom Browne’s signature design elements with its black pebble leather and grosgrain details.” This isn’t the first time the company teamed up as we’ve seen Thom Browne edition Galaxy devices in the past.
It features a fabric texture etched on the rear glass with the American designer’s signature red, white, and blue stripes. There are gold colors on the hinge and the rings around the cameras to accentuate the black frame.
But those are not the only reasons why this special edition is extra expensive. It comes in a leather pouch case that’s also very Thom Browne, as well as a special S Pen with its own leather case.
The company is also throwing in a special Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Thom Browne edition that has a special gold-tone body, an exclusive watch face, and a Thom Browne logo engraved on the side. Actually, almost all of the items in the box are marked with the designer company’s logo.
It comes with two leather straps: the classic black pebble leather and the designer’s signature red, white, and blue stripes.
As a cherry on top, all this hardware — including a 25W adapter and a special USB-C to USB-C fabric cable — is packed in a special Thom Browne briefcase.
The specs list should be the same. It has a 7.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2x display, 6.2 inches for the cover screen, a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, triple rear cameras, one camera for each display, and a 4,400mAh battery.
It’s not clear what variant it comes with, but it’s safe to assume it’s the top-of-the-line 12GB/1TB. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 Thom Browne Edition has a price of Php189,990 in the Philippines. That’s Php70,000 more than the maxed-out standard edition of the device.
