The designs of the upcoming TECNO Phantom V Fold2 and V Flip2 have been teased via a pre-order promo ad. An ad that may have been published accidentally on TECNO Ghana’s X (formerly Twitter) page as it’s already been taken down.

Both the new TECNO Phantom V Fold2 and V Flip2 sports an entirely new design from their predecessors. For one, the V Fold2 now has a large, squarish camera island on the back, which is a clear departure from the rounded one found on the first V Fold.

Zooming in and you can spot the 50-megapixel label. Plus, the renders show that it may ship with its own stylus, similar to the S-Pen on the Galaxy Z Fold series.

Meanwhile, the Phantom V Flip2 has a bigger cover display than the rounded one found on the first V Flip. The cover screen appears to surround the dual camera on the back, similar to what Motorola is doing with its Razr foldables.

The ad shows that the device is available for pre-order from August 19 to 24, which may be moved considering that TECNO has takedown the post. The official release for both foldable shouldn’t take long from now, so be on the lookout for that.
