It’s all about breaking numbers these days. Most smartphone marketing materials rely on big numbers that their spec sheet has. And with this latest leak, it seems like the rumored Vivo Xplay7 will be using its 10GB of RAM in a lot of its posters and promotional videos.
But the thing is, it’s more than just a marketing shenanigan. If the Vivo Xplay7 will indeed sport a ridiculous 10GB of RAM, then it will be a breakthrough to the industry. Now, I’m quite not sure if anyone can really take full advantage of all that memory, but it’s still nice to have.
The leaks also suggest that this is going to be Vivo’s flagship device. However, since the company is known in the Philippines for its midrange devices, most of us might find the smartphone to be really interesting.

Rumor has it that it will feature a high-resolution 4K screen and it will be powered by the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 845. There are also two cameras on the back, which will be coming from Sony. From a hardware standpoint, it’s clear that it’s pointing towards a high-end smartphone.
Aside from the ultra-spacious memory, it’s also said that it can have up to a whopping 512GB of onboard storage.
It wouldn’t be a huge surprise if the device will also sport the under-display fingerprint technology in it’s large 18:9 OLED screen. The technology was first seen officially running on the new Vivo X20 Plus UD.
