If you’re having a hard time constructing a request letter for a line transfer with your PLDT internet and telephone lines, here is a sample letter to guide you through the process.
When moving to a new office/house/apartment/condo, one of the issues that need to be addressed is the transfer of internet and telephone connection. Previously, it was believed that the best way to do it is by simply applying for a new subscription and changing telephone numbers and MyDSL/Broadband/Fibr plan.
As it turns out, that’s not the case as customers can just request for a transfer. But before you pull the trigger, we recommend that you read this article first to know everything you need to know about the PLDT transfer of line process.
Now, if you’re all set to do the migration, here’s a sample PLDT request letter that you can use for a line transfer. or relocation to a new address.
NOTE: Make sure to change all the important information to your own as everything written below is just a sample. Replace them with your own account name, account number, telephone number, address, and contact number.
